The Paget Rooms were originally built in 1906 on land leased from the Earl of Plymouth.

The 70s rock group Man recorded a famous live album at this venue.

Other Famous acts that have appeared are Free, Amen Corner, Tom Jones, Shakin' Stevens, Pink Fairies and Patto to name but a few.

The venue currently plays host to many local amateur dramatic societies including Anwen, P.O.D.S.

There has recently been a huge interest in bringing bigger productions back to the venue and focus on how to raise money to refurbish and bring the Paget Rooms back to it's former Victorian Glory.
